Job Description:
We are seeking a Team Lead with extensive experience in operations and delivery, capable of leading and managing our operations and delivery teams. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the timely delivery of services, efficient project planning, and successful project execution. The chosen candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational processes and effectiveness and overseeing the successful execution of client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations and delivery teams, ensuring the timely delivery of services and successful execution of client projects
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans and timelines
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to continuously improve operational performance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Hire, train, and manage team members
- Write and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in operations and delivery, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of operational strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Education and Certifications:
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, CAPM, etc.)
