Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Intern Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be able to develop and implement email marketing campaigns that support business objectives, and have a good understanding of email marketing concepts and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that support business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Create and maintain email marketing calendars and schedules.
- Develop email templates and content that align with brand guidelines and voice.
- Test and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Segment and target email campaigns based on customer behavior, interests, and demographics.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to create effective email campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in email marketing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and best practices, including list management, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
