Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketer and Team Lead with extensive experience in digital marketing and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and team management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
Education and Certifications:
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google AdWords, HubSpot, etc.)
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (optional)
