Vice President Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing operational strategies and developing a program for service excellence within the company environment as well as building business relationships in the community. This position provides the leadership, and management necessary to ensure that kidco Technologies Inc. has the proper processes and controls, reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively support organizational growth and to ensure operating efficiency and excellent service to existing and future clients.

JOB DUTIES

-- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

-- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions

-- Implement a marketing plan that will leverage the company’s core capabilities

-- Manage complex contract negotiations with clients in conjunction with the company’s management team

-- Institute initiatives which will enhance current client relationships and service

-- Develop necessary staffing levels

-- Provide solutions to client concerns which may be unique to situations

-- Develop and implement plans which will provide regular communications with the clients

-- Co-ordinate the work of departments

-- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs

-- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

-- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

REQUIREMENTS

-- A university degree in Business Administration, finance or other discipline related to the service

-- Several years of experience working at high levels of business or government organizations

-- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, Mac iOS, Database management, SharePoint, Webinars, WordPress and Layout Creation.
